You are responsible for safeguarding the token used to access your account and for any activities or actions under your account.

You may not use TriggersApp:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate TriggersApp, a TriggersApp employee, another user, or any other person or entity

TriggersApp makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall TriggersApp or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use TriggersApp.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

9. Changes to Terms

TriggersApp reserves the right to revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using TriggersApp you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
